These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Docs2AI's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using Docs2AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Upload content you do not have the legal right to use.
Use the Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure.
Use automated tools to access the Services beyond rate limits we set.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written permission.

5. Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Docs2AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit it solely to provide the Services to you.

5.2 AI Processing

The Services use AI models to extract and transform Your Content. Outputs are returned to your account. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs before using them for any consequential decision.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by Docs2AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Odoo, Google Sheets, webhook endpoints). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docs2AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docs2AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Docs2AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
